* We advertise the property – we know the local market, and have advertising resources available to us. This allows us to effectively market your vacant home to prospective tenants to get it filled.

* Schedule property showings – we are available full-time. Being able to show property when it is convenient for the potential tenant is key in minimizing vacancy time.

* Sign / Renew leases. Our standard lease term is for a 12 month period, but can be adjusted to meet the needs of our owners and tenants. Solid Rock Property Management uses a customized Arkansas attorney-approved lease.

* We enforce collection of rents and serve the proper notices upon failure to pay.

* We provide a detailed monthly statement. Our owners know exactly what is happening with their property – down to the penny.

We also offer the option for all prospective tenants to submit their applications electronically and pay their application fees on our website. This helps speed up the screening process.

With our electronic office, we can work even when we are out at a property, or out of the office for the weekend.

Philip Hogan, our Co-Owner and Licensed Real Estate Agent, has over 15 years experience in the property management industry. Philip graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2012 with a Bachelors in Business Administration. Philip has extensive hands-on experience with the maintenance side of the business.
